Silkroad Merchants

Orders placed by customers with established trading history with Silk Road Merchants receive 30 day account automatically.  Orders only dispatched if previous order has been paid.

 

New customers on website if known by Peter Biggs the sales manager receive a 15 day account then 30 day account on second order.  "Known" is defined by Peter Biggs no other individual.

 

.Customers may elect to pay proforma in order to facilitate fast dispatch on first orders.

 

Freight will be noted on the invoice and is determined by the shipping department using Australia Post.  We attempt at all times to minimise freight to our customers and always take the best route to our customer that being the safest, cheapest and most convenient methods possible.
